Planning a trip from any point A to any point B entails many bits of information and parameters which need to be known or searched prior to making the actual booking. It's a lot more than just logging on to a travel website to search for airport-to-airport or rail station-to-rail station schedules and prices.
The trip planning process is multi-dimensional: Price, convenience, preferences, requirements, proximity and many other dimensions are looked at before deciding about a "best fit" solution for any particular trip.
Suppose you are trying to get from a location in City A to a location in City B...
1. Which mode(s) of transportation should you use between the two cities?
2. Which main gateways (such as airports or train stations) are nearest to your origin and destination locations?
3. Are there nearby, alternative gateways which might make the trip cheaper or more convenient?
4. Which modes of transportation should you use to get to and from the main gateways at your origin and destination (bus to the airport, train from the airport, etc) and can you create one itinerary from all the different modes (Does the bus schedule connect with your flight? Does your flight connect to the train?)
5. How does all the information from above fit within your trip requirements, such as arriving by a certain time for a meeting?
6. How does all the information from above fit within your personal preferences, such as flying on a particular carrier or its mileage affiliates, number of stops along the way, etc.?

It's because of all these questions and parameters which need to be taken into consideration (and a lot more), that the average trip search (especially for international travel) can take up to 4.5 hours.
Turning those 4.5 hours into seconds is what GoScopia is all about. Our proprietary software will allow the user to open a detailed profile describing preferences, requirements and other pertinent information. According to this profile, Scopia Technologies, through our GoScopia portal, will provide immediate, "best fit" search results for any particular trip.
The airport shuttle which connects to the flight which connects to the train which connects to the taxi which brings you to your final destination.
Our team's collective knowledge comes from many different fields of expertise, the main one being the travel industry. We know - from over 60 years of combined experience in the industry - what travelers need and want when searching for travel solutions. Based on this knowledge and combined with input from users, we are able to create the GoScopia experience.
